Q. Are your products cruelty-free?

A: Yes, all our products are cruelty-free, never tested on animals, and ethically crafted to ensure the well-being of animals while delivering high-quality results.

Q. Are your products pregnancy safe?

A: All EnagenBio products are manufactured to the highest safety standards. However, we advise consulting with your healthcare provider for personalized recommendations on which products are suitable for use during pregnancy, considering the specific ingredients.

Q. Can your products be used on children?

A: Yes, our products are carefully formulated without harmful or questionable chemicals, making them safe for use on children aged 3 years and above.

Q. Is patch testing necessary for your products?

A: Yes, patch testing is recommended to ensure compatibility. Apply a small amount of the product to a patch of skin and wait for 24 hours. If redness, irritation, or any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use.

Q. Why is my order changing consistency after delivery?

A: Our products being natural products, are likely to react to environmental factors like heat, cold etc. and may either solidify or become liquid. Though we take utmost care, these are factors beyond our control.

Q. What if I get allergies from using your products?

A: If you have any pre-existing conditions or known allergies, we kindly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list of the product available on our website.

Shipping & Delivery

Q. When will I receive my order?

A: Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. Delivery may take longer during sales or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

A: You will receive email updates about your order, shipment status, and other details. Kindly ensure your email settings allow these updates.

Q. How are orders shipped?

A: Orders are shipped through DTDC, Shiprocket, India Post, or other courier services based on the delivery location.

Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for your products? 

A: Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) along with other payment options for your convenience!

Returns & Refunds

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can be canceled before shipment with no cancellation charges, except for a ₹80 shipping fee deduction during refunds. Refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Q. Can I return my product?

A: EnagenBio has a strict no-return, no-exchange policy. Refunds or replacements are considered only for damaged or incorrect items with valid proof, such as an unboxing video.

Q. Can I change my order?

A: No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or modified.

Q. Can I exchange my product?

A: EnagenBio follows a strict no exchange policy. Please ensure you select the right product before purchasing.

Q. How fast will I receive a refund for my order after cancelling?

A: The amount will be refunded within 15 days from the date of cancellation.

Q. My product was damaged, will I get a refund?

A: If your product was damaged, you may request a refund or replacement by providing clear evidence, including images of the package and a complete unboxing video. Any complaints have to be raised within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Please note that refunds or replacements will only be processed once we verify the damage through our records and confirm it with the logistics partner. Kindly ensure all required evidence is submitted promptly to facilitate the process.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A: Our modes of payment are debit cards, credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery. For direct transfer, a payment link can be provided upon request.

Q. Can I order your products through Instagram or Facebook?

A: We only take orders online and not through any other forms of digital media.

Q. What happens if an online payment fails?

A: While we cannot take responsibility for online payment failures due to technical issues, we will gladly assist by coordinating with the payment gateway. For card payment disputes, kindly contact your bank, and we will provide all necessary support.

Q. Is free shipping applicable on all orders?

A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. 

Q. Why am I charged extra for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: An additional fee of ₹100 will be applied for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to help cover the additional handling and processing costs.

Q. Can I use multiple coupons at once?

A: Offers cannot be combined, and only one coupon code can be used per order. In case of system failure, the company's decision is final.

Q. I have received a wrong product, what do I do?

A: If you have received a wrong product from what you ordered, please contact us for assistance at +91 80068 16000 or +91 98160 97712, or send us a direct message at instagram.com/enagenbio with valid proof, order ID and photos. 

Please note: A complete unboxing video must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. This is required for any claims or requests related to the product.

Q. One of the products is missing from my order, what should I do?

A: If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at +91 98160 97712. Kindly provide your order ID along with a complete unboxing video showing the packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
